Law students and lawyers recently met to discuss juvenile and family law issues at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. Ohio State Bar Association Juvenile Law Committee Chair Magistrate Kathleen Lenski and Magistrate Nikole Xarhoulacos spoke at the event.
“The OSBA is one place where I think you can say ‘Yes, I will be involved,’ and see that it really matters,” Magistrate Lenski said.
Capital University Law School student Steven Katz enjoyed hearing from the speakers and networking with other students.
“Events like this are great for the law students and for the whole community here at Capital,” Katz said. “It brings together a lot of people that don’t know each other that can sort of congregate and get together around this common issue of juvenile law.”
